With a site gracefully facing the vast expanse of the sea, a natural barrier in the form of a higher earth wall stands sentinel between the villa and the lapping waves. In a bold quest to ensure an uninterrupted panorama of the mesmerizing sea from the living deck, we embarked upon a captivating architectural journey, elevating the pool above the ground.

The path to architectural marvel meanders, guiding visitors over a private beach at the front, beckoning them to venture forth. As they traverse, their senses are greeted by the refreshing embrace of a cooling water wall, a gentle transition into a realm of sensory delight. Emerging from this, a subtle metamorphosis unfolds as the passageway narrows, enveloping the wanderer in an intimate and slightly mysterious embrace. It is in this intimate enclave that the passage concludes, unveiling the majestic centerpiece of the house—the central staircase.

The journey, however, continues skyward as the visitor ascends to the first floor. With each step, the narrative unfolds, as a graceful turn of 90 degrees reveals a captivating revelation—an expanse of grandeur. A breathtaking vista unfolds before their eyes, an infinity pool with the sprawling backdrop of the boundless sea. A butterfly roof with a central passage as the spine funnels air inside the structure creating an ambient temperature at all times.

Each bedroom within this abode has been thoughtfully designed, catering to the ebb and flow of the seasons.
