Dutch Consulate II

After the great improvement of the entrance lobby, other parts of the Dutch consulate required renovation or alteration. We designed a brainstorm room, a lunch room and upgraded the Consul Generals' office, while keeping in mind functionality, Dutch design and minimal disturbance during construction.

An abundance of day light flows into the lunch room after we renovated and opened up the exiting two window. Both the brains storm room and lunch room have wall length designed couches to provide flexible space for various sizes of group gatherings.

The brainstorm room has been designed with two full height glass walls towards the passage. The red carpets covers the floor, the wall length couch and part of the wall. Therefore the couch seems to be shaped from the floor.
