Our conceptual design pitch with partners Hospitality Design from Dubai allows exactly this kind of structured fluidity. In the bedrooms, the use of clear and frosted glass allows for the penetration of natural light. Strong horizontal lines lead the eye toward individual outdoor seating areas overlooking the beach and seafront.
The all day dining area with terraces facing the beach and garden space is designed with the approach to provide each user with their own unique view of the surrounding. The tables furthest away from the exterior are placed on podia provide a raised view for them, the exterior seating is more relaxed and lower to provide the others inside a view over the guest seated outside.

Public spaces will also bring the outdoors in. The sea should never be out of reach, not just constantly visible, but also tangible in colors and materials. Natural woods, shades of blue and green, and gauzy, white curtains create the feel of water, sea foam and salt air.
The existing structure as build on site with the specific architectural fins with their openings and the effect of the repetition.

This interior concept attempts both to unify the hotel’s myriad spaces, while creating distinct public and private environments through which guests can move easily and comfortably.
